VA Engineers and Minor Engineering (now combined to create Inversity) was hired under Enteros Design to provide reconfiguration to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new floor plan and space requirements. The interior renovation is 6,900 SF and upgraded work areas, bathrooms, meeting rooms, break rooms, and included a new customer service center, and concentrated filing. The building accommodates Community Services, Building / Official Plan Review Department, Public Utilities, and Economic Development Offices. This work was substantially complete October 17, 2016; design was completed on time in 6 months and construction was completed on time as well in 7 months.
