Kinloch Golf Club hired Enteros Design and Inversity Consulting Engineers to complete a multi-phase project that includes the construction of a stand-alone facility (4380 SF) with seven (7) studio cottage-style rooms and a small addition to their training center.
The primary reason for the project was to increase their kitchen and dining space with an addition of a tavern. In order to do this, the current pro shop had to be moved to repurpose the existing space. This project’s greatest MEP challenges were to relocate the existing clubhouse electrical service, the generator serving the clubhouse, and several outdoor HVAC units that served the clubhouse.
The main clubhouse addition and renovation is just under 10,000 SF (with another 400-450 SF of work associated with the pro shop relocation). The training center addition consisted of adding two practice bays and some renovation work to create offices and an indoor putting green. This project was completed Fall 2019.
