William & Mary Tribe Square Renovation

From July to October 2019 Inversity (lead electrical engineers) and CES (lead design engineers) were hired by The College of William & Mary to renovate Tribe Square, an 80,000 SF, 4 floor building with an owner’s budget of $1M.

The Entrepreneurship Center consisted of assembly space, breakout areas, office space and a break area. The Launchpad area consisted of private office area, available for lease, to professionals who need temporary office area for work or meetings. Both spaces were renovations of previous restaurant spaces in which both new mechanical and electrical systems were required.

Close coordination with existing building elements was required for installation of the new systems. The construction was on time as well and was completed in four months.
