As part of Enteros’ design team, Inversity was hired for MEP +FP system design for a renovation and addition for a to the Swift Creek YMCA. The addition consists of 8,149 SF over two stories to match the existing building.
This addition will provide an expansion of the existing child watch area, existing multipurpose meeting room, the administration / office area (on the first floor), and the group exercise room (on the second floor). This project was completed at the end of 2020.
