As part of Enteros Design’s A/E team, Inversity provided all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for a building addition to provide a 600 occupant Multi-Use Space, Pre-Function area, Kitchen, and new Administrative Offices.
A portion of the existing church was also renovated to create classrooms and a Youth Hall. HVAC system upgrades consisted of packaged rooftop units with variable volume heating boxes, kitchen hood exhaust and make-up, and targeted electric heating. Plumbing included domestic water and sanitary piping, roof drainage, and kitchen rough-in.
Electrical system design entailed a separate electric service and distribution system for the addition, general lighting, a theatrical lighting system in the Multi-use Room, parking lot and site lighting, a fire alarm system, and infrastructure for the Owner’s A/V, data, telephone, and security systems.
